Brite White Unauthorized Credit Charges

Ordered trial period for product on 29 July 2010. Account was charged for shipping and handling on 30 July 2010. Product was never received. Called on day 6 of the 10 day trial period to cancel. Was told I would receive cancellation email to complete cancellation - never received. Called again on day 7 of the 10 day trial period. Was given cancellation confirmation number - still no email received. Account was charged for full price of $87.47 plus $2.62 international fee on 12 August 2010. Received empty mail envelope on 13 August 2010.

Brite White SCAM!

I fell for this "free sample" scam too. I ordered it on 8/7, received it on 8/21, but my visa was charged on 8/18. How can the 10 day trial begin before the product has been received?! I actually called them on 8/16 when I hadn't received it and spoke to a supervisor, Alex Mendoza, who said she would reset the 10 day trial. On 8/24 I called to cancel with them and request a refund of the $87.47 that was charged on 8/18. I spoke to a different supervisor, Camille, who agreed to the refund and to cancelling my account. She did neither.

When my visa bill arrived in late September, I saw that on 9/9 Brite White had charge another $87.47. On 10/4 I called them again and spoke to a supervisor named Ann. We went round and round in circles, my relating the chronology of calls, cancellations, and charges. She put me on hold to speak to "higher management" and came back to offer me the cancellation that should have been done on 8/24 and a refund of only one of the charges. She absolutely refused to refund the other charge and would give no reason. I asked to speak to the "higher management" who had made this decision and she said they don't take calls.

These people are truly scam artists.

I am the President/CEO of BriteWhite Teeth Whitening System/BEKS Incorporated and we have no affiliation with this scam company. We have been fighting this since January, 2010. We receive calls daily from angry people thinking we have taken their money, but we do not offer samples, but have legitimate products. We have been in business for 30 years, this company has been in business less than 2 years. Brite White Unauthorized charges

I was charged $87.47 10 days after I was charged $3.87 plus .04(foreign transaction fee) for the shipping on a FREE trial. I have not received any more product since I received the free sample.

I was not aware I would have any future charges. Nor was I aware I would have to cancell or call or contact Dazlingbrite to protect myself from future charges to my credit card.

I was not aware I would have a foreign transaction fee in the first place, either! I have tried to call but have been unsuccessful in reaching someone to speak to.

Brite White Scam company

I ordered a product from extreme brite white or brite white. They had a second company "confirm the order". It was a week later when the confirmation company called to confirm the order. They asked again for my credit card number. They only talked about the order i originally placed, they did not speak of any other products or offers. A week later i see an charge on my credit card for $99.00. It was from this second company. And a few days later i received a product from them - that i did not ask for or order.

It was deceptive scam.

I did not use either product and am sending them back and trying to get the charges reversed. I have also contacted my credit card company who will dispute the charges.

I was charged for a membership when I had cancelled the initial sign up for the item. I was not supposed to be charged for theitem and when I called the company they said that they put the amount on my credit card because they thought that I was not going to cancel.

READ THE CONTRACT! My son got excited about this great deal, when he paid $7.85 for the trial, canceled the contract yet he didn't realize he had to get a RA# and return the product (which was never opened) within 15 days. Anyway he just got a charge for about $120. Totally his fault for not paying attention to details - remember if it's to good to believe run don't walk.

i got my product // cancelled it the next day after ordering/ / the secret issssssss to cancel your creditcard at least one day before the promotion ends whether you got the product or not //// they cant touch your account any further end of story// o buy the way always read the fine print then decide chow//////

I just received credits of $1.49 & $87.13 in my account. I cancelled my debit card last week & the Boeing Employees Credit Union went to bat for me. I thank them for that!
