I have been charged $19 for several months on my credit card. I have read many comments on several different sites about similar experiences.
I must have purchased a movie at some time along the line and "joined" their club, incurring a silent fee. They will charge both credit and debit cards.
I would like to know if there is a legal means to stop them. I am a rank and file person who works seventy hours a week to pay the mortgage and put my kids through school. So I am officially pissed off at what could have been my son's lunch money or a set of tires for the family car.

Why are these rip off people still in business? I ordered one DVD from them for 16.63before Christmas. They have now charged my debit card 9.95 for 2 more months. And there doesn't seem to be a number you can call or anything.

I purchased 1 dvd for $10.00 Jamuary 9. I have been charged $9.95 for the past 4 months on my credit card. I just spoke to the company and they said the charges were membership fees. I did not join any membership and wanted the 4 charges of $9.95 credited to my credit card. They agreeded to refund 2 of the charges and cancel my membership. How do companys get away with stuff like this. There number is [protected]

Your company is really a rip of I cancelled my membership that's what you call it I never wanted to be a member I only bought 1 movie and then you got the nerve to charge twice a month for 9.95 $. so I called customer service on 02/20/2011 and they was going to cancel both membership hotmoviesales.com & rebaite but still you charge me again for 2 times 9.95$ after I canceled my cancelation # rebaite :[protected]
