Their pathetic service
We booked a bus for the 11th of January, it was suppose to leave at 3pm from Mthatha to Cape Town, the bus never arrived, imagine how frustrating it was for children as young as 3 years old. I was just told that the bus only left this afternoon, this is just unacceptable and a refund needs to be given, I will NEVER book this bus ever nor advise people to take it!

I would like to report one of your employees he was rude to me, this incident happened on the 13th of this month as we received SMS informing us about the bus from Queenstown to Capetown that is gonna be late ryt as we were waiting 3 buses to capetown came when I asked your employee which bus must we take he told me I'm asking [censored]& carried on being rude I didn't expect that treatment as a customer do u even give your staff training he didn't seem to know hw to value customers I want this complain to be taken into consideration.
