AmeriFunding scam bank guarantee services

Amerifunding (Amerifunding.net) running a scam website purporting to offer scam bank guarantee services and letters of credit. These purported bank guarantees, trading programs, and letters of credit are known frauds. The SEC provided this blanket guidance on avoiding these scam operations:

These guys will operate as long as they can and then close up shop and open up a month later under a new website and company name. Call the SEC or call the VA State securities Division for more information on this. Don't become a victim like so many others.

AmeriFunding amerifunding fishing for gullible investors be careful

Bank instrument lending company AmeriFunding has been up to some shady business, and I'm warning people to make sure they thoroughly vet these people doing ANY business with them. I personally never ever buy bank instruments from unknown businesses online but when a small company with a shady overused name and a cheap-looking website is offering a “limited time only” deal for small time investors, all my alarms go off and I can see forums like this one be flooded with complaints from investors losing thousands and thousands of dollars thinking they were gonna make it big trading with the big boys.

First bit of advice, never ever fall for [censored] like this. But otherwise, you should also pay attention to the fact that AmeriFunding is quite dubious – they claim to be a US corporation, but there's no real info about where or how they're registered. Secondly, they're AmeriFunding Inc, which by very definition suggests they're incorporated and not corporated, and a company that fails to understand the difference isn't very likely to be a big player in the financial markets. There is also no other mention of AmeriFunding Inc. to suggest their legitimacy. Seriously, be careful about these guys.

First of all ANY WEBSITE that allows for anonymous posters is suspect itself. There is no vetting, no verification process on this Complaint website that the poster is anything more than a competitor out to tarnish reputations, or some nutcase with an ax to grind. Secondly, this poster has no SPECIFIC instance where this company, AmeriFunding has ever done anything wrong. In order to ascertain that, one would have to go to the Treasury site, and Sanctions sites, and if there are no real valid issues, then the company in question is probably safe. Since there are NO VALID complaints against this company, then, the poster hereto becomes suspect. As she/he is not giving any specifics whatsoever, but instead is writing on innuendo, false claims, and making fabricated narratives which are not founded on facts or supported by documents. It could very well be? That this poster was denied a Program, or told they were not suitable, or were rejected because they were trying to enrich themselves for personal gain? The motive is not clear.

As for a "Bank Instrument Lending Company" that doesn't even make sense. Looking at the site, I find no instances of them lending anyone anything, nor proposing to. As a matter of fact, they have warnings all over the site advising people what red flags to look for, bad actors list of companies to avoid, teaching people NOT to use fake Proof of Funds, informing Project Managers to stay away from advance fee schemes, and other warnings. Thus, they are trying to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.

In short, the poster, "thrice burned" seems to be having a bad Sept 13th, as they came in here, wrote a negative post, used a fake name, and then also posted something about another blogger, whom they took umbrage at. All in all, this site is not very good for "research" and the opinions of the posters, such as they are, are not valid, authentic, nor verifiable, and must be discounted.
