We hired this company on June 22, 2021. Client number 62501. We sent them documents at the beginning of July and never heard from them again. Every month they have charged my credit card $300 for payment of there fee. We have made many phone calls over the months to try to contact people that were supposedly assigned to our case. The IRS actually also tried to contact them back in July and could not get in touch with anyone either. We recently finally in late November got in touch with David Burkhalter. Now this is after months of phone calls with no reply or mail from them. We had to send paperwork again that should have been done in June when we hired them. Very Unproffesional. We have made many phone calls to him in the last to weeks without a return phone call. The girl that answered for him did nothing but argue with me and was very RUDE. So at this point I have been dealing with the IRS myself as they have done not one thing that we have been paying them to do.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of my MONEY.
Do any of you have a lawyer for this? I am trying to find a lawyer to file lawsuit against them. Please advise.
I've paid over $3,000 with no results. I also asked for a full refund and they said I didn't forward all the documentation. Once I told him that I did, they went on to say that since I stopped paying I did not comply with the contract. I had a discussion with someone there and they agreed to stop payment for two months. They were the ones that didn't start the auto payments..not me.
They were supposed to work on the state and federal as well. They obviously did not work on the State since the State autowithdrew money and I am now current with them. When I called the Federal myself to find out if they were contacted they said all they received was my Power of Attorney. I had been working with ATS for four years.
I have an entire binder and a timeline that I am willing to share with you as ammunition against them.
Avoid this company. They will quote you a price to cover the issue you are contacting them about, then take your money, never do anything about the issue you contacted them for, then later tell you the fee you paid was for some other thing. They ask for all of your financial records, and from those, if they can sniff out that you're good for more money, they'll contact you and talk you into paying more money. Then never do anything they have promised. When you ask for a refund, due to non-performance, they become very hostile and begin to treat you like a pest after you have paid them thousands of dollars. Don't give your money to these scammers.

I signed up with this company about a year ago. During sign up they promised to eliminate or reduce the IRS debt.
I sent them all the required documents promptly many times. Whenever I talked to them I was told that they have not received the documents. I had to follow up with them at least once a week but no progress. At the end there was no break in taxes but they arranged monthly payments which I could have done myself working directly with IRS.
Since the promise was not met I demand a refund for their zero output services.
When I signed up the price given to me was $1500 for federal taxes and $2400 for federal and state taxes. I told them to sign me up for federal taxes only but the contract I was sent was for federal and state. They worked on federal only but they are charging me for state an federal taxes that is $2400 instead of $1500. I called them several times the response was that concerned person will call me within 48 hours but nobody called me. I have already paid $1500 but they are still submitting payments requests to my bank.
