CALL BERGEN COUNTY CONSUMER AFFAIRS BEFORE ALLOWING CHUCK INTO YOUR HOME! We didn't and completely regret it! He gave us a low price and we signed a contract with him. That marked the worst mistake we have EVER made in our lives! He never completed the job and left us with a total mess. After numerous unanswered calls and texts to Chuck, we had to pay thousands of dollars to repair his shoddy work and complete the rest of the project. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
FRAUD/SCAM
Specifically no consistent, incomplete work, damages to property, refusal to present layout and misinformation. Left work incomplete and when you call he ignore all type of communications...no phone calls, no emails, no nothing...just took the payment and left.
