Specifically no consistent, incomplete work, damages to property, refusal to present layout and misinformation. Left work incomplete and when you call he ignore all type of communications...no phone calls, no emails, no nothing...just took the payment and left.
The name of the owner of abc construction is Chuck Masterson and he has also change the name of the company various times. one of the name were Elite Contructions...this man has to be stopped, alot of home owners have suffered finacial losses...
amerhi, what happened. did you file a police report? did you sue? were you able to track him down? i'm being screwed by him now and need details.
I'm retracting my earlier comment on ABC Construction. He's working on my kitchen and while there was a miscommunication, everything is back on track. He is not screwing me like I noted above.
DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! In my opinion he is not a professional and you will be VERY disappointed. The materials are cheap (some damaged) and they do sloppy work. They will not come back and repair or replace any damages they are responsible for either. Save your money.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST - Chuck Masterson! He took all of our money and ran. He has not responded to any form of communication and made a lot of broken promises. We have been left without a kitchen and bathroom for 4 months now and Chuck promised it would be complete in 4 weeks. He has excuse after excuse and nothing adds up. He lied to us about the materials he was using and we found out when it was too late. He will promise you a low cost to wheel you in, the real cost will be discovered later. Do not let him into your home unless you want to be a victim of consumer fraud and robbery!
His a Scam big time, we did work for him 2 months ago and he didn't pay us, he doesn't answer his phone or anything and is a lot of money
