Resolve Financial Recovery review: Unprofessional behavior and harrasement
The agent called me insisting a bill i clearly told her was not my bill was my responsibility. The agent started yelling at me. I told her to remove my name from the calling list. The agent continues to yell at me and insist the past due bill from 2016 is mine. I am going to report them to the BBB. Extremely poor customer service and rachet people working there.
