I signed up for Rently Tours app when I arrived at the property my phone VPN created an issue so my daughter called and they told her to set up the account under her email address which she did soon after the account was paused. She tried to set up a new account under her phone number, and again it was paused every new number or every new email we try to put in it’s always post no explanation whatsoever. Customer service said that we can reactivate the account but that’s impossible.
