On September 1, 2026, I received a email that I owe $50.00 for July 2026. I don't understand why I own them that money? I closed my account and transferred to TXU energy on June 17, 2026, but reliant still charged me for Reliant surge protection for the month July and august 2026 for $6.99 monthly.
Do anyone know how to file complaints to State board of Texas, please let me know.

Recommendation: Be careful with Reliant, Terrible service.

My account was closed on June 17, 2026, and I transferred my electric to TXU energy. However, I still have received some bill, I don't know why I own them. Reliant still charge me for Reliant surge protection after my account closed and $50.00 for the month of July. This is so terrible reliant service
