Reliance and Sub-Contractors review: Water heater

Waiting for three days to have hot water, it is Winter time (temp. -16) and here we are not able to do anything requiring hot water. The sub-contractor came today to install the water heater and some part of the "new water heater wasn't working, he just left telling us that someone will call us within the next 1/2 hour. Six hours later, no hot water, no call, hang ups when calling Reliance and a guy that informed me that someone will come on day 4 of us not having hot water to see what's wrong with the "new" unit. PATHETIC! I'm so upset. Yet we did pay the so call technician for the installation of the water heater that doesn't work. According to the subcontractor it happens to one customer in a thousand! if you believe him. Malarkey!
