Today, December 3rd, I took my little granddaughter to see Wish. I tried to join the Crown club but it would not go through. Ok, I can live with that. But when we got to the theater we stood at the snack bar counter for quite a while (no one else was in line) and the girl at the counter made eye contact several times but kept chatting with the ticket taker. I finally said " are you not open yet?" and then she came over. I asked for a small cherry Icee and a large popcorn. She gave me a huge glass of Icee but I'm sure it wasn't a small. Plus it wasn't even in an Icess cup, just a regular cup.I paid $20 for the those two things which I think is way too much. But the worst part was when we sat down in the theater, the popcorn was very stale and I mean VERY with only a tiny bit of butter, which we had asked for. My granddaughter had already started eating it so I just let her. I tried a couple of times but to me it tasted like leftover, reheated popcorn from yesterday, just nasty. I am very disappointed and most likely won't come back to that theater. I feel ripped off.
