Regal Cinemas

I attended a movie with my son this past Sat. Between tickets and snacks we spent almost $50. We finally got in to the movie and our assigned seats were taken; which I dont care much about, but picked another seat, sat down, and it was soaking wet. I went to the bathroom to clean myself up a bit thinking it was spilled soda, and mentioned this to a few employeson the way; who only told me to switch my seat. I stayed with a wet butt through the entire movie because I have a newborn at home, so dont have the chance to get out much with my older son and he really wanted to see the movie. After the movie as I completely dried I began to notice the smell. It was urine! Some child must have peed in the seat in the movie before ours. I found the manager to let her know it needs to be cleaned up. Not only did she not apologize or seem to even care, but she didnt even ask what seat to have it cleaned. She just said "okay" and walked away so I had to follow her to let her know the seat in hopes someone would clean it for the next unknowing guest. I usually dont complain about anything but thought I would at least get a "sorry" or a refund on one of our tickets considering I sat wet for 2.5 hours and had to wash someone else's urine off my pants.
