We had purchased a frost free refrigerator - RT45MCSM1 in the year 2008.

From the beginning it had started giving trouble.

Water was getting accumulated in the vegetable compartment and ice crystals were getting deposited on the vegetables/fruits and spoiling them.

Samsung engineers had visited and inspected the fridge no of times but could not sort out the problem.

After a lot of follow-up and hardship, the fridge was replaced with the new of same model/type. But the problem remained unsolved till date.

Now, Mr. Vafi - Samsung's engineer had verbally promised to send some expert to sort out the matter and also informed that small quantity of water will always remain inside the veg compartment/fridge even though the company had named it 'Frost Free'. Isn't it surprising?

We want either our money back or the solution of this problem to our satisfaction.

Top officials from Samsung please note that you take up this matter on priority or else you will lose one customer who is so far loyal to Samsung Brand.
