Is it crazy to think that after purchasing these over priced textbooks I should be able to access it offline not via their app? Especially because their reader is the worst I ever used and it gives you virtually no options to modify the experience to suit you. The endless scrolling page set up is terrible! All the pages just run into each other. It’s anti intuitive and consumer. Just forcing us to use it because we need the textbook. Greed and apathy towards your consumers much.

Recommendation: If you can purchase physical books and/or stay away from this company if you can. The app shows how little they care for their cattle, I mean customers.
