I and my husband for the past few months were quarreling over the phone bill issue. Every week we received a sms/text from Digi saying that the Accumulated Charges has exceeded the 50% . Our limit is RM300 per month. Our bill is combined, one main and 2 sub-lines. I been have asking my husband to check with Digi but he never until when he could not stand with the bill, we decided to go to Digi Headquarters in Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Upon checking, a very nice Malay staff discovered that a company by the name of “ Macro Kiosk Berhad “ has been sms/texing to my phone number and every sms Digi will charge me RM6.00 and sometimes RM10.00. He/Digi suggested that we go to Tribunals to claim for the money as they cannot do much because they only like a collection centre of this company that have provided a services to me. He did admit that I didn't receive any services from this company. Let me ask, what services that this company provided. I don't know even them and I never subscribed any such messages services from any company.
The Digi staff provided me with the phone contact of the company (Macro Kiosk Berhad). I have called them many times but to no avail. I never have a chance to speak to the person . The telephone messages will ask you to left messages or press 1 if you want to terminate services.
Digi should responsible for all wrong doing by their client(Macro Kiosk Company). By looking at the Billing Digi should know what sort of services that this company provided.
I view of this, I want Digi to refund all the amount charges to my account as follows:
16 July 2013-RM106.15
16 June 2013- RM117.60
16 May 2013-RM100.30
16 April 2013-RM102.00
16 March 2013- RM90.15
16 February 2013-RM157.39
If I do not hear anything from Digi in the next 3 working days, I would assume, there is action from DIGI, and I would proceed to make my complain to the PRIME MINISTER DEPARTMENT-COMPLAINT BUREAU
