Real Property Management Alamo review: Zero star - absolute worst property management experience

Do NOT use Real Property Management in Alamo, TX under any circumstances. This was hands down the worst business experience I've ever had, and I'm warning anyone reading this to run in the opposite direction.

The contractors they use are absolutely incompetent - the work was so horrifically bad that I, with zero professional experience, could have done a better job. But it gets worse: they had the audacity to massively overcharge me for this garbage-tier work. I was essentially paying premium prices for work that damaged my properties rather than improved them.

My property manager was a complete joke. This person was supposed to manage MY properties but never once bothered to actually visit them. Not once. How can you manage something you've never even seen? Every time I tried to get answers or solutions, I got nothing but excuses and the runaround. It was like pulling teeth just to get basic communication.

Amanda Desormeaux is a disgrace as a business owner. She's only interested in one thing: getting as many new clients through the door as possible so she can collect more management fees. The second you sign the contract, you become worthless to her. You're immediately thrown on the back burner and forgotten about while she chases the next commission. There's zero integrity, zero follow-through, and zero accountability.

And if you think tenants are treated any better, think again. Check their reviews - they treat renters just as poorly as they treat property owners. This company is rotten from top to bottom.

Save yourself the money, the headaches, and the property damage. Real Property Management Alamo is an absolute scam operation, and Amanda Desormeaux should be ashamed of how she runs this business. You have been warned.
