I rented a water dispenser for $2.99 auto pay monthly. I was assure by the sales rep that I didn’t have to a limit of water I had to purchase that I could strictly rent dispenser. Call the office march to change debt card acct and was told that I had to purchase water that I was informed wrong. I purchased 5 gals of water. This was the only water other than sign on promotion. May I call because my daughter was getting my statement in Victorville I live in Rialto I have no idea what my daughters address the only way the co got it was from our joint banking account. (I didn’t even know her address) I was billed a late fee the manager assured me she would wave fee. The following month I called to cancel the service and return the dispenser. I have never received a statement and honestly I don’t drink much water. Dispense was never pickup. Sept I received letter from collection department demanding $62.17 & another letter for $239.99 also. The letter if you dispute this email them –never heard back so I called they couldn’t tell me anything but to pay. Please see attached letter that was written to the ready refresh office. Nothing in respond but contact the collection agency.

I don’t feel it fair that I’ve never received on statement for the rental of the water dispenser and the late fees of $20 each month (that I was told would be waved) I agree on $2.99 a month for the rental why am I getting charged more late fee than the rental and had to call in to find out balance never received a statement. I really don’t feel it’s fair that my credit is getting damaged and that I owe $292.06 for four month rental $12.00 and 5 gal of water at $23.97 totaling $35.97. I really don’t have the extra money to pay the extra expense.

Please let me know what I need to do to I’m at a loss, and no one want to help me resolve this. Thank You in advance for your help.. Lee Hambright [protected]

Claimed loss: I know its not alot of money but Its incorrect and not a exspense that I shoulnt have to pay

Desired outcome: I want to return the water dispenser and pay what I owe.Im living on a strick budget and make sure i pay what i commit to. I dont feel that it right to get my credit damage and have to go without things to pay the incorect amount owed.
