Rangeland RV review: Do not stand behind service repairs (horrible service warranty). Beware.

I am very frustrated with the service from Rangeland RV - CrossIron location. They do not stand behind their service/repairs of trailers. Unless you are buying a new one don't expect any help, especially if you have a claim on work done.

I had a trailer repaired in the Fall 2017 (It is a hybrid trailer with a fold down bed). The bed section originally was delaminating and the material inside was getting soft and holding moisture. In Spring of 2019 I took it back to get looked at as the outside material was starting to delaminate again, thinking it would still be under warranty or at the very least they'd help me out with the repair... apparently they only stand behind their repairs for 90 days. I was told by the Service manager that this is what I signed in the agreement for my repair (Safe to say it was going straight into storage after the initial repair, so even 90 days warranty wouldn't of mattered and honestly I didn't read the fine print). This trailer is an older model, but it went a full 10 years with hardly any issue. Apparently the craftsmanship & workmanship provided by Rangleland RV is only good for 90 days

Long story short I was basically given the "to bad, so sad for you". They'd be happy to give me a new quote to get this looked at and repaired... Sorry not going to spend another $1, 600 for another repair that you guys aren't willing to help me with or stand behind, that may only last only another year!

I also had issues with the service manager at this location. The only time I would get a call back is when I would e-mail/ CC service directly. I work in sales and cannot believe how bad the service was from the service manager directly (No, I won't name names).

I don't post reviews but I think everyone should know what I went through! Do yourself a favour and find someone else to service you trailer.
