Ramada Limited, Redondo Beach review: Front desk employee Marcus

I use this Ramada Limited Redondo Beach 10 stays a year. have used the hotel for 15 years. I am a 70 year old disabled woman recovering from a hospital stay flying in for medical treatment from Hawaii. I have limited use of my hands & use a small tray. Marcus snuck up behind me saying "You can't do that, you can't take that many cups." I said I had to 2 coffees an apple juice, milk for my cereal, and another cup with condiments. He continued louder. Embarrassing me in front of other quests. I tried to explain. My room is reserved for 2 people.He told me "you can leave now" shooing me away with his hands like I was a fly -THREE TIMES. I said "forget you" and left. Maybe he should be working at McDonald's. The rest of the staff here is excellent
