Ramada Inn Butte, MT review: Room accommodations unacceptable

Occurred on 7/6/2023 at the Ramada Inn Inn in in Butte, Mt requested a room on the first floor because granddaughter had injured her leg and had difficulty walking. Was informed they only a room on the second floor and would have to walk up 2 flights of stairs since the elevator was not working. In the meantime the clerk had already run my credit card an I was charged $130.28 I requested and this transaction be deleted since the accommodation where unacceptable.

While talking to the front desk personnel several quests came to the front desk and informed the staff that the rooms assigned to them were not ready that the rooms where not made up and one room had not been cleaned. We were then informed that the Ramada Inn in Butte, Mt. was under new management and was undergoing remodeling. The hotel was dirty and unfit to provide suitable housing for the general public.
