Radisson Red Chandigarh Mohali review: Lack of cleanliness, service, poor maintenance

I stayed at this hotel during my stay in India and have a few things that I would like to complain about, First off, when I entered my room as with any room, they put a welcome chocolate plate with the name of the guest staying. The name of the person was not me. The name was written " Melissa" which was another guest! I have taken a photo of this as proof. Second, during house keeping they did not change my pillowcases and when I called to ask them to please come change it, they did not come. There was a lipstick stain on my sheets as well. Lastly, my lock on my door to get in (the keypad) fell off and I was not able to get to my room. I went down several times until they finally brought someone up to fix it.
