RAD Diversified REIT review: Ripple off your money!!! 1

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at RAD Diversified REIT. Despite their aggressive advertising from 2020 to 2022, my journey has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I invested $8,888 in October 2022, but when I attempted to withdraw my funds on November 8, 2023, I was met with their convoluted withdrawal policy. I was informed that I would have to wait until after July 1, 2024, and that my investment value would remain stagnant during this time — no gains, no losses.
After enduring the seven-month wait, I was then notified about a temporary freeze on their redemption program, meaning I still couldn't access my money. When I reached out again on January 3, 2025, Robert from RAD informed me that the freeze was still in effect. Shockingly, he continued to pressure me to invest even more in their company.
For over 14 months, my investment has been stagnant with no profit, and they keep blocking my access to my own funds. Instead of helpful communication, I receive long, irrelevant emails, including updates about staff birthday parties.
I've also come across numerous complaints from other investors facing the same issues online. It seems that RAD Diversified REIT has little regard for their customers, making us wait endlessly for our money without justification. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
