If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is as blatant of a real estate/investment ponzi scheme as their is. I had 3 joint venture properties sell and, not only did I not get my proceeds, but was told I owed an additional $40,000 for renovations. They could not provide receipts for any work nor sale closing documents. I also have a hard money loan that is now 14 months past when my first payment was to come. There is a group of over 200 disgruntled investors growing daily and they are under investigation by the SEC. If justice prevails, both Dutch (Brandon) Mendenhall and Amy Vaughn will be in jail. They have ruined the financial lives of hundreds.

Is RAD Diversified out of business? I've placed my entire savings with that group. No phone number that works or any social media at all.
I'm sorry to say Frank, but my hunch is that our money is gone. Dutch and Amy systematically stole our money using one LLC after another to shift our money. They have used our money to support their lifestyle and they and nothing more than common criminals.
