R & M Investments employee(s) (P.O. Box 237060) provided some remodeling in my home (2017). The entrance closet door was removed to replace and install new flooring. During the removal or replacement of the entrance closet door the door was damaged by R & M Investment employee(s). I contacted R & M Investments (Cliff Maddox) in January 2018 to inform the owner of the damage to the door. I continue to receive excuses, false arrival times and misleading information about when the door will be replaced. I have paid in full for the services and continue to receive excuses when it is time for R & M Investment should repair the door R & M Investments damage. Integrity and Accountability is not a priority with R & M Investment, collecting consumers Dollars and avoiding responsibility is R & M Investments priority.
