I had a slab leak and a room in my home was flooded before the water could be stopped. Quality First Builders was recommended by my insurance company and did a fantastic job. The room was completely restored to its original condition. Mr. Omar was the primary worker and he was terrific. Couldn't ask for more.

This is the 3rd major project that QFB has done for us. The quality of their work has been outstanding. They were professional, responsive, and kept us informed at every step along the way. They were quick to address any 'loose ends' or concerns we had. We won't hesitate to use them for any future needs we might have.

QFB did our renovation after flooding and mold damage. Their work was excellent and we were informed throughout the entire process. Our project manager was very professional. We would use this company again. The process was challenging since it affected most of our house and the timing was during the height of Covid. Good job!

I was very pleased with the work Quality First Builders did to repair floor, ceiling, drywall and other damage caused by a broken pressurized water pipe. They were also very helpful working with the insurance company to secure additional amounts in excess of the initial estimate where necessary. The project manager, Todd Smith, was proactive, responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

Quality First Builders took care of all my restoration needs. They walked/talked me through everything that was going on and included me as part of the decision making process where I needed to be involved. Goes above and beyond for the customer, easy to work with, easy to get ahold of and work is done in a timely matter but not only that but done right in every detail. Will definitely become a returning customer. Glenn is awesome, hard worker, and honest and his team very professional and great quality workmanship, that's very hard to come by this day and age.

On June 5th my tenants returned home to find water damage to the floors and adjacent carpeted room. Once we called our insurance company they put us in contact with Quality First Builders and since then we have not had to worry about anything. All employees are polite and get back to you with all pertinent information right away.
As with any damage to your property it is usually a very stressful situation. Quality First Builders has taken the stress and worry out of this situation. We are very happy and can not wait for the completed restoration.

I would like to commend Mike Johnson of Quality First Builders for the professional and outstanding work that was done in my home. He was very good at keeping me updated on the process of fixing my home, making it all very easy for me. The moving company, which was run by Liz, was also very professional and did an excellent job in packing and unpacking my belongings. Furniture was placed back into original places and boxes, all labeled meticulously, were stacked in the rooms they belonged in for me to unpack. I can't say enough about this company. I am so happy with everything that was done quickly to get me back home.

Quality First Builders came to my home via my insurance company. The first job on my ceilings had to be redone. The second job could not start in December due to Covid 19. Thankfully, all that were involved, including myself with a false positive test in January, were able to resume work at my home. Job completed! I am just waiting for a call back from Nick. He is going to give me the name of the ceiling paint and the color white used. I like knowing in the event it would be needed in the future. QFB is a very reputable company. Our kitchen had to be totally renovated. Home Depot had been involved but had so many mishaps with our case. Glen was highly recommended to us and in fact came the very day we called. From the start he walked into a complete mess including some of our own personal issues! He set up where both my husband and I could make decisions 900 miles apart. We ended up loving everything we selected together on line. It decreased stressors and Glen and his team set up and worked overtime so we could use our kitchen over the holidays even though it was no where near completion. Glenn is very customer focused and we now have a " million" dollar kitchen. Just beautiful, more functional and spacious because of his assistance.

We loved working with Quality First Builders because they are professional, highly skilled, courteous, and respectful. Glen Morrison, General Contractor, has assembled a team of highly skilled professionals ranging from plumbers, painters, floors, finish work including baseboards and wall boards. We had a water leaks in our home, resulting in the need for a major repair project. Glen was with us every step of the way. He reduced the stress we may have endured if we had to coordinate the work on our own especially during this pandemic. We would highly recommend Quality First Builders for any repairs you may need in your home. When they originally took over the project to rebuild my house after a fire I was given 5 to 6 week window including permitting. Long story short QFB was more of a sales company less of a contractor company. The project real completion date is now 20 - 22 weeks! Timeline is constantly being changed week by week by our contactor Robert and his supervisor BIll did nothing to help but just simply saying the original completion date was unrealistic 10 weeks later. This company lacks transparency and I do not recommend anyone ever uses it. We are already looking at paying over 12k in living expensives out of pocket because of the slow progress and unrealistic timeline given by QFB. I told drywall work would be started April 19, 10 weeks later and not one single piece of drywall work has been done.

Quality First Builders (QFB) Property Restoration just completed a large project in my house. We had a slab leak that damaged the kitchen area, and other areas around the kitchen. QFB responded quickly with the inspection and remediation, constantly checking the levels and sending reports of damage and progress, they were extremely respectful and professionals specially the team under LeBrente *** (remediation) Kevin Wesner (estimator), several of their techs including Jim and Renato, they really respected the fact that their worksite is our home specially during these difficult pandemic times and having a small baby and older dog in home, they went beyond one could expect from a company to get us back in good shape with quality work and great timing. Equally impressive was the reconstruction portion of the job under Todd Ray with a challenging deadline and came up with different options to shave some time from the project completion and with outstanding results. My wife and I are very satisfied with this company we would totally trust them again with work to our home in any capacity!
