Qoo10 - Berry Lalola review: berry lalola singapore - seebest 6350 robot

I have purchased the above product from this Seller - Berry Lalola. This is my 2nd purchase with them. When items received in good condition, no issue between seller and buyer. Therefore I purchased with them again.

However, this 2nd purchase was a pain to me. Ever since I receive the item, I realized the remote control was not working fine. It seem that the issue is at the remote control battery part. I have to press hard on the battery part in order to have the remote control work.

I have taken the video and sent to the seller and have been in contact with him for almost 2 months...

Todate, I have not even gotten the replacement of my remote control. He keep insist that he will check and send, but that doesn't happen at all.

If he can delivered the robot within 2 days to me, why can't he deliver the remote control to me within 2 weeks with the same address.
