When I negotiated with sales manager Mr.Peter Pan I as asked him if the small electric
vehicle tipy HS-EV1-S500 have Europian certificate ( COC ). He answered me yes and has sent me a sample. I checked out in our office and they saied it is OK. I ordered
that vehicle through ALIBABA and made a payment across ALIBABA to. Total amount was 3360.00 USD. They sent me a car. I picked up it in harbor Koper and bring it in Zadar at custom office. Paied freight forwarding costs, customs costs, transpotr costs and state taxes. Than I took the car to approval and payed for it. After few days they they told me that the car is not for Europian union. It is not made according to COC. It is made for China market. I was complaining to Mr. Peter Pan and his boss, but they do not answer me. So next step for complaining is Alibaba and
if that will be negativ I am giong to China embassy in Zagreb. Total amount I have paid is cca 7300.00 € ( I have all accounts ).
So, I want that amount back or that
QINGDAO sand me directly to my adress all parts according to report of the type-approval committee in a way that I do not have to pay anything plus some parts in amount of 500 € for changing wrong parts.
Or simply send me a new car made to COC - for Europian market
