I ORDERED A FREE SAMPLE OF WU-YI TEA AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I HAVE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD FROM WU-YI, QFL (nj), AND LEAN LIVING. ALL I WANTED WAS TO TRY THE FREE TEA. I WAS SENT 3 BOXES OF TEA WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I RETURNED THE 3 BOXES VIA FED EX AND WAS TOLD IF I GAVE A TRACKING NUMBER THE 3 BOXES OF TEA WOULD BE CREDITED TO MY CARD. IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS - NO REFUND. SO WHILE INVESTIGATING HOW TO GET MY REFUND, I EMAILED QFL SINCE IT WAS ALSO ON MY CARD. QFL TOOK $41.90 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THE SAME TIME WU-YI DID. I TRIED ALL THE PHONE NUMBERS LISTED FOR QFL AND ALL YOU GET IS A MACHINE. WHEN I FINALLY EMAILED THEM THEY TOLD ME I WAS NOT IN THERE DATA BASE. I VERY NICELY REQUESTED HELP IN GETTING IN TOUCH WITH WU-YI AND THEY TOLD ME CHECK WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND THAT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH WU-YI SOURCE. I HAVE FINALLY GOTTEN A CONFIRMATION FOR REFUND FROM WU-YI AND NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHY I WAS CHARGED $41.90 FROM QFL. SO I HAVE A FEW TEA BAGS LEFT AND "QFL - QUEST FOR LIFE" IS THE LOGO PRINTED (IN BRIGHT YELLOW) ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BAG. SO WHAT IS UP WITH "WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH WU-YI"?
I HAVE EMAILED THEM BACK AGAIN REQUESTING A REASON WHY THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD. NOW THEY HAVE MADE ME MAD AND I WILL PERSUE THIS FURTHER. I DON'T LIKE TO BE LIED TO. BY THE WAY, LEAN LIVING REFUNDED ME RIGHT AWAY.

They have fraudulently used my debit card. This has incurred overdraft fees on my checking account. I also received a package from them, which I returned. I never ordered anything from them and had never heard of them before. This has wiped out my checking account at the moment. I am so upset. I am on Social Security and have little money.

I just received the same $4.95 charge on my checking account. Have you ordered anything through Amazon.com lately? I ordered a book through Amazon.com and had it shipped to a second address. Coincidentally, the "mystery" tea arrived at that second address, and I was billed on the same card I used for the Amazon.com purchase. Plus, when I look at the order page for the book I bought, Amazon upsells this same tea. Coincidence? I don't THINK so. PLUS, I'm now getting telemarketer calls from New Jersey -- the SAME location that the tea vendor, QFL, Inc., is located. I called Amazon.com and complained that my billing information was passed along via their company. The first person I spoke with said that no, that is not possible. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. Neither spoke English very well as they were both from India, but the supervisor told me that he would notify their security people regarding this breach of info, and call the QFL company with that order number. He said he would get back to me in a couple of days. We'll see. Until then, I guess I have to cancel that card before I get billed $50 for the "Tea of the Frickin' Month." This is nice to know at a time when money's tight anyway, and we're nearing the season for online shopping. FORGET IT, NOW!

I have going through a similiar expirence with QFL. I have charged $54.94 for a month supply of foot patches inwhich I never received! I cancelled order after receiving my free trial. This company is very unprofessional. There mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. No one answers the e-mails. It has been over a month since I was charged.
