On 6/25/18, I ordered Purefit Keto in the amount of $29.99. I received the product. My account was charged $198.00. I incurred a $35 overdraft charge as a result.
On 7/25/18, I emailed the company, provided a copy of my order confirmation, informed them of the error, and requested they return my money less the $29.99.
On 7/31/18, I received an email from Purefit Keto saying Smart Cleanse Detox had been sent to me and my account had been charged. No amount was given. Of course, I had not ordered anything else from them.
Purefit Keto charged my debit card $68 for the second order. The charges show up as "Healthy Nutriments" followed by an 888 phone number.
On 8/7/18, I contacted my bank and informed them of these fraudulent charges. They are investigating them. I cancelled my debit card and requested a new one. I emailed Purefit Keto that I informed my bank and would also be contacting the FTC and the Better Business Bureau, as well as reporting them on social media and consumer complaint sites.
I have maintained documentation of the original order and confirmation notice.
$168.01 overcharged plus $35 overdraft fee plus $68 for an order I never placed equals $271, which is a lot of money to a disabled senior on a fixed income. Unfortunately, illness prevented me from reacting more quickly, but at least now I can let others know to avoid this company because they will certainly give you the " business".

I also have bought product from this crowd. They overcharged me $169.75 but it was refunded. The product still hasn't arrived from 12/5/2020. I was concerned to that I didn't receive any order confirmation.
I think I have no chance in getting my money back.

This company overcharged by credit card too! I ordered $29.90 but charged my credit card for $210.00. a bunch of liars, robbers and worse company! They didn't even send me confirmation e-mail or any info about my order, nothing at all!
I was over charged by healthy nutriments for an Item which was advertised on the internet of $49.00 and they took out of my credit card $102.00, and when it comes to the delivery they gave me a telephone number from overseas which they don't wan't to answer, I won't to get in contact with the department of fair trading at Newcastle and put a stop to all of this.
Cheats. Robbers. Price not advertised correctly. What a load of bullcrap. Ingredients not natural as advertised.
