On [protected] I went to take my brand new Kawasaky Ninja 1400 cc 2022. At arrival to my spot G162 I found my lock cutted and on the floor but another smaller lock was intact. Nobody had contacted me. The manager on the other site where I went to notify the theft told me that she had clocked out and she was going home. She asked me to leave or she would call Police, then I told her that I am dialing 911 to report the theft of my 2022 motorcycle which worth around 18,000. While I am at the facility located on Jog road the police dispatcher told me to go back to 6351 Lake Worth Rd. in Greenacres, Fl. 33463 where the theft took place; so I did. At arrival I waited for police officer (Sheriff). Once he arrived I, I notified him of the new lock someone put on my door (G162). I told him that I needed to cut off that lock and that I had a bolt cutter at home 10 minutes away. He told me to go and get it, so I did. In his presence I proceeded to cut the lock and to my surprise the motorcycle was there along with my helmet (700.00) and my jacket (100.00) but my factory mufflers were not.

I am claiming to Public Storage to pay me for the missing mufflers. Mr. Alan is telling me to read the contract that I signed at time of rental, which states that they are not responsible for it.
