My complaint is against PSG insure with whom I have taken up car insurance on my 2016 BMW 320i.
Now six years later I am still paying premiums which havent been reviewed and adjusted as I have requested them to do.
I have left several messages with switchboard, as well as sent several emails requesting them to contact me, but have not heard from them.
I am still paying a very high premium, whom most people are saying is over the top, and am trying to get it reviewed. This isnt happening as they dont want to reduce the premium neither do they wish to lose what they are unfairly benefiting from.
I am now looking at cancelling with them.
Desired outcome: I expect a response be it in my favour or not.
