So, I was trying to get into my Prudential Financial account, but I forgot my password. Let me tell you, it was a real struggle trying to reset it. This website is not user-friendly at all. It took me forever to find the password reset option, and even then, the process was confusing and frustrating. I ended up having to contact customer service for help, which was a whole other headache.

Overall, I would not recommend using Prudential Financial's website if you can avoid it. It's just too difficult to navigate and use. Hopefully, they'll make some improvements soon because this experience was not pleasant.

So, I got this inheritance from my grandma when I turned 18 and I was supposed to cash it out with Prudential. But, man, let me tell you, they can't seem to "access my account" because of some system error or something. I've been calling them like crazy, like 30 times in the last 60 days, and I've talked to so many supervisors who keep promising to get me some info and call me back. But, guess what? I haven't heard a peep from them.

I mean, come on, I just want my money. It's starting to make me feel really worried, you know? Like, what if they lost it or something? I don't know what to do. I just wish they would get their act together and give me what's rightfully mine.

When I finally got through, I spent over 90 minutes on the phone, but unfortunately, nothing was resolved. They told me they would give me a call back next week, but I'm not too hopeful about that. After reading some reviews, it seems like this company has a pretty bad reputation. They treat their customers pretty poorly, which is definitely not cool. I can't wait to leave and I'm definitely going to report them to the ombudsman. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Honestly, they're like parasites.
