I called and filed a claim on 2/16/23 for a replacement for a broken recliner motor. Protect ALL sent a repairman from Alder Designs to take pictures and send in a request for a replacement.
I called Protect ALL to inform them that the replacement hadn't arrived yet. There response was the order had never been turned in. I called Alder Design and he promised he did submit it. I just told him to do it again because it was now 3/6/23 about 3 weeks later.
On 3/18/23.
On 3/22/23 I received the part in the mail and called Protect ALL and they told me they would put out a work order and gave me Alder Designs phone number. I called him many times. Finally I called back to Protect all on 4/7/23 and said he was working in other states and would get in touch with me. He never did!
I have never heard back from Protect ALL or Alder Designs and I installed the new motor myself.
I wrote a letter to Protect ALL to ask if they closed the case #908151. It is now 5/18/23 more than 3 months. Very Poor Service.
Desired outcome: For the inconvenience and the work performed by me "the Owner" who is disabled. I would like to be compensated in the amount of $150.00
