This is a review on simon blackmore and cadscapes architect. I was a client of simon blakemore from cadscapes in september 2018.
I am very dissatisfied with the level of service he gave me as he completely took a lack of care on the drawings for a £160, 00 new build. His service is an absolute joke as when I highlighted his mistakes, he failed to rectify them and told me he can possibly see me in 3 weeks to discuss and never even turned up. I consistently had to chase him to see what he had done and why he was taking so long. He had submitted drawing to the local council for planning application that was fit for a family of dwarfs as the ceiling was very low and could not possibly fir a normal size person in the flat.
