Some well known companies in the Vegas area have been scam by this company Proper Promotion and their owners; named Tim Timothy and Frank Fugarino. Don't buy a Franchise from them they will not produce what they promise. They claim that they can do e-commerce and a site for a dentist looks like it was done by a high school person, their own site looks like its done by an amateur. They portray themselves as gurus of marketing, development, design and video. More like the gurus of ### and ###. As an Investor, I would have invested about a million to see this start-up go far when it was backed by several companies, until, I heard and witnessed how they treated their clients, their partners, and companies that were assisting them to be grand. Both of these individuals pissed on everyone. This once promising business in the beginning, which had amazing websites that were alive, clean, 3d and looked awesome made a drastic u turn, when they fail to meet their obligation and attempted to steal trade secrets from a sponsor company. FYI, those amazing sites where done by another company to help them break-out. I have notified other investors that are qualify and told these investors to stay away from these fakers.

As Tad Tymothy, the person that runs the whole thing tried to offer me a free tv and create a package for some kind of advertisement. I was treated very poorly, and all they were concerned about was how to get money out of my company. They eventually are going to rent out both spaces as well to those who wanted to record music, and rent out the side to those who wanted to shoot video. Horrible communication, and very bad service. The way I was treated by both William Bletcher and Tad Tymothy was sad and very unprofessional. All they worried about was how to get money out of people. Just like they could never come up with any kind of compensation for any employee that I had also heard about from another gentlemen that was going to work there doing both video and music production and they never wanted to speak to him about pay either. From my understanding they insisted on having him trying to go in with some equipment but never wanted to pay. These people are very much con artists and should not be functioning.
