Changing your password would be a good first move. You can also adjust your privacy settings so that you'll be texted and/or e-mailed when someone logs into your facebook with a device you haven't authorized.
Are you sure the person you talked to was from Progressive? That all sounds very strange for an insurance company to ask you. When I've been in accidents in the past, I've given all of my necessary information (name, policy #, police report info, etc) and then am given a claim #. When a rep calls later, they reference all this same information. What you experienced sounds like some strange scam.
I had an awful experience with Enterprise also but thankfully nothing to do with tolls. I was staying in Miami and drove through the Keys - somehow I was never charged the tolls. Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience :/ I'll never use them again either
Is it really necessary to post this 11 times under 11 different names?
Haha now you're posting on your own complaints? Really?

I understand your point. But the point of this show is to get out of the morbidly obese range, which I'm thinking is more dangerous than being on the other end of the scale (no pun intended). I can almost guarantee you that more Americans are obese than underweight.

I went to www.ivorybrites.com and looked up the terms and conditions. It's spelled out RIGHT THERE:
"Trial Terms :

The trial offer is designed to display the quality and effectiveness of the IvoryBrites product. This gives you the opportunity to try this remarkable program for FREE (just pay shipping and handling) so you can come to a decision for yourself if this is the right product for you.

Upon ordering, you agree to pay the shipping and handling fees for the free trial shipment. If you enjoy the product do nothing and 15 days from your free trial purchase date and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another fresh 30 day supply of IvoryBrites and the form of payment that you used to order the trial will be billed the Member's Only price of $79.99 plus $8.99 shipping and handling for a total of $88.97 for the monthly value-shipment package.

15 DAY TRIAL PERIOD INCLUDES SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIME "

Yes, you have to do some digging, but people should realize that NOTHING is ever free. Before subscribing to something that seems free, make sure you read the website's terms and conditions to see what you're agreeing to. The reason they brag about winning 95% of their lawsuits is because the terms are displayed on the website.

Yeah, they're a bunch of scammers. Unfortunately, since they DO have their terms and conditions on their website (although they're inconvenient to find and they kind of skirt the issue by taking forever to ship the product), I doubt the BBB can do much. I would expect something else if they just didn't display the terms. I guess the only thing that can be done is to force them to have the terms more obvious - but that's probably even a stretch.

Yeah, they're ###. Just look at all the other complaints on here. The next time they come to my door, it's getting slammed in your face.

Oh, but in about three months, you'll start getting a magazine - only it will be different than what you ordered and then that company will bill you.

Just stop answering their calls and report them. Also add yourself to the Do Not Call list.
