I couldnt agree more. They sell you one thing, make you think its so flexible, and you can trade to stay anywhere, and then ignore telling you about all of the fees required to do the exchanges. It cost as much in fees as it would to just book a dang hotel for the same period. Then when you call them they try to play all innocent like the way I understood the program sold to me was just not right. I WAS THERE. I know what the slime ball salesperson sold us. I had hoped that Marriott had a bit more integrity and wouldnt be sleaze balls like all of the other places you hear about, but I guess I was wrong about that.
