ebay is restricting buyers for a change. file too many complaints in a certain time frame and they will restrict you.
seems getting free items is costing ebay as well
they aren't required to cash any check. go to the bank it's drawn on. they are required to cash it. or any check cashing place.

the sol time has passed, but if you aree you did owe the money it can restart the timne and they can then sue.
got one today, said "...you owe $1987.78 but we'll settle for $65.50 ..." lol, it's 20+ years old and was 250.00 that was disputed
