I bought a Proscan Lcd tv/dvd #37LB30QD. Whn I power on, the blue light will come on for a few seconds, then turn back to red. Then it will have no response. I unplug it and it will do the same when I power it up again. After it turns red, there is no response whatsoever. We try to turn it on for hours and finally it will turn on occassionally .. like maybe every 3rd week. I have done a lot of research on the internet and this is being reported on several models all over web. How do you start a recall or class action suit? By the way this has happened before: 'consumer product class action which resulted in a settlement of $100 million in cash for consumers of approximately 6 million affected RCA, GE and PROSCAN televisions across the country. ' I wonder if they put the leftover parts in this model!
