The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I keep recieving calls from a recorded message for someone other than myself, I have contacted this person and given them the information to get in contact with UCB. I have left a message with the company indicating that this person is not at this number but still get several calls a day. The number is blocked on my call back so I can't even block the number through my cell phone company. ANY Suggestions?
