TOTALLY AGREE. LADCO LEASING IS THE MOST UNDERHANDED COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. I AM ALSO HAVING A HUGE ISSUE WITH THEM TRYING TO EXTORT $6700. FROM MY BROTHER AND MY BUSINESS. IT WILL PUT US INTO BANKRUPTCY! THEY LIED AND CHEATED AND COULD CARE LESS !

WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS COLLECTION COMPANY THAT LADCO IS USING?
I have a similar story to all of the above. I fell victim in July 2010! I did close my bank account and open a new one where they cannot just steal money from me every month, but they are threatening my credit unless I pay $6700.00 for equipment I did not need or want! They were hiding behind a company called EPS90. EPS90 said the equipment is not theirs and LADCO says they just wrote the check and the equipment belongs to LADCO...lies from beginning to end! Does anyone know if there is any legal action pending? I'm all into joining a class action if it happens.
SORRY... I'm so frustrated, I'm having a hard time spitting out the words...LADCO says the equipment belongs to EPS90 and EPS90 says it belongs to LADCO!

Since you heard from Key Bank that they were letting you out of the lease, has anything happened? I was told by my merchant services provider that they were letting me out of the contract too, but it ended up being only the services contract and not the equipment lease. They walked away denying any connection what so ever to Ladco and vice versa.

There is power in numbers! I have joined Luis Kim and his group of scammed small business owners ! Anyone else that thinks they have been lied to, signatures forged, bate and switch scammed or any other lie by Ladco or any sales person or company doing business for or with Ladco needs to join in the fight. This is just flat wrong and we need to get everyone involved from the car mechanic to the sandwich maker to the computer repair guy and any other hard working small business owner with a Ladco horror story to tell !
As far as I'm concerned they are all scams...If there is any mention of lease anywhere in your merchant services you are being ripped off! If you are dealing with a reputable merchant services provider they can even tell you what equipment you need and where to buy it (for thousands less than any lease!)
