I was told I would recieve $100 in gas vouchers and never got them and the website doesn't even have a tab for the gas vouchers. Also, on top of that I got the paperwork 2 weeks to late and the voucher are expired! So, now that I've called up the company and complained they will supposedly send me some more vouchers. We shall see. I am making it known that I cancelled my membership on 1/12/2017. Also, after I talked with them I had a hit on my checking account for $30 that was not authorized and so I filed fraud against that company. I found it odd that it happened right after talking with this "Budget Savers" program. To any of those out there do not talk with these people! EVER!

I had to cancel my checking account because of them and open a new one. Yes, it is a pain but it will at least stop them from charging you!

I had the same problem and had to cancel my checking account!
Ok, so I am currently checking out this discount plan. I wish there was someone on here who have used this before. It currently shows that my dentist is on this discounted plan. So, prior to purchasing their C500 plan I am contacting my dentist's accounting department to see if they are in fact on this discounted schedule. I will hopefully write back with the results. If it is true that my dentist is in network then it will be dramatically discounted from the regular fees. Also, I will be covered right away. I also am looking into Delta Dental's discount and insurance program. The discount program is like the Careington and then they have separate more expensive coverage. But there is a waiting period for major work. I also don't know where Aeria got a free trial because I have not come across anything like that with Careington. Maybe you went through a referral website to get that plan and maybe it was the website who offered the "free trial". So maybe try contact them. I am currently trying to find coverage fast right now because I am having tooth pain.
Also, on a side note to Aeria, you should try you local health department for dental work. If you are disabled most likely you can get free or close to free work done. I have gone to my local health department and they said if all else fails it costs about half of a regular dentist. Hope this helps and good luck.

To Undisclosed, I currently work for a Massage Envy and would like to let you know that they are not created equal. I have worked at 3 separate locations now. I have left them and came back because of their set standards for professionalism. These are franchises that are owned and operated individually. So, I have now a total of 4 1/2 years working for this company. It sounds like the Clinic Administrator/franchisee/lead therapist was either trying to give you a chance because there was something they liked about you. If you came back for 3 massages then that means they did not like your massage and/or possible draping. But you most likely interviewed well. This is not always the case however I am just trying to give you an example of why it took 3 massages. I can see how that would be frustrating.
As someone who has been a lead therapist before and is currently one now there are some key specific thing that I would look for as a standard. I know that I have had a great interview with a therapist but during the massage this therapist was jamming her elbow into my spine like she was trying to crack it. So, I look at it that if I was a customer I would not want that and it totally goes against our scope of practice. I immediately notified my managers and let them decide how they wanted to proceed. They decided to not hire her, although they did call her. There are some Massage Envy that the clinics have decided to communicate via e-mail only so that maybe the case with the one you were at.
In the end, please don't give up on this company. Not all the franchises are like this and I'm sorry you had endured this.
If there is another Massage Envy close by you can transfer your membership to another location.

The introductory price is only given to you if you have never been there before. Also, you have the option to check out before your massage which you could of handled the issue then. If it really was a problem you could have call anonymously asking to have a manager or franchise owner call you back. They are the only ones who have the authority to refund money for a massage. There was a similar issue at the location I work at and the front desk staff reported it to the management. The person was issued a refund. Always, always call for a manager. Do not tell the staff what it is about, just tell them that you have a private issue you would like to speak about with the manager.
