You should pay your bills like all good Americans do or don't borrow if you don't plan to pay, because if you borrow and don't pay back what you borrowed then someone is out that much less than before and you owe so they will try to recover what you said that you would payback.
Its common sense lady, pay back what you borrow unless you are a thief and just wonted to get over, and didn't expect to be asked for it in return, then that would be stupid if you thought you could get free money! If you are a poor person then you should of never borrowed because you know you don't have the means to pay back. That's the key to being humble.
Best thing to do is answer the phone when you get a call from gc services and tell the person immediately that you have a concern and be nice, because being nasty in today's world does not get you anywhere, tell the gc rep that you have been getting calls to your number that are not for you or anyone you know. then the rep will ask you for the number that they have been calling because the computer might of called you, then the rep will enter the phone number you give them and then the rep will be able to see what acct your phone number is on therefore is able to get into the acct and appropriately remove your number from that file so that the computer does not call that number again. Customer service to the customer, you nor the deptor is a customer. The customer is the people who you or the deadbeat that called from your house owe the money too. GCservices don't get payed to be nice, if you wont something from them you need to know how to ask and be nice when you ask someone to do something for you next time. You had a bad attitude that's why the rep got an attitude with you. Its normal response to someone who thinks that being nasty to people calling you that you don't know. Be nice when you wont to ask someone to do something for you, like remove something for you from somewhere, it takes time and effort, so if you wont something done you need to know how to ask. Say please and thank you I thought you might know this by know.
