This is a company that will take your money and make you run to get it back if you get it back at all. Of course you won't get it all back because you have to pay to pick up any dead order of flowers or fruit. $9.99 to return a product they sent that is no good half dead or dead... Bloomex beware! Are you considering working for this company? Beware of company tactics. They not only ripoff the customers, employee's are treated the same way. My last and final pay was Due Nov 18th-2017 still haven't received it, they feel because I told customers about the glitch that is being passed as a tax glitch now lol ...to funny Just another way of saying your not getting your money back .. Revenue Canada might think different. Time will tell ...

have a complaint about BLOOMEX.CA post your complaint and lets good people know the truth about Bloomex. They hate to see the truth posted, and you will get a resolution, negative publicity they hate it ... but theres just so much of it ... there are several complaint sites check them all and post at all of them !
Bloomex is finally picking up so it seems from some posts, maybe they will pay ex employees final wages sometime and stop ripping them off to..
I don't really think that there will be many good posts in the future about them, I guess it depends on how many employee's have spare time lol...

Need to get ripped off, need to waste your christmas money? if you do order bloomex. ca this company will guarantee to rip you off.. try getting someone to help you after you have placed your order and they have your money lol... thats a joke, customer service has a script and if you don't like the script they disconnect you.
The point is to frustrate you enough that you say screw it, I only spent 60$ no big deal, they count on this thats why you are ignored continually.
Check out all complaint sites and the better business bureau before ordering with bloomex. ca save yourself the aggrivation..!

Bloomex doesnt pay ex employee's thier last pay either, dimtri doesnt pay you unless you lie for him. he prefers we go to court and that works for me. so I will see him in court and I will keep letting people know what kind of business he runs and what kinds of person he is.. he is a crook and would no doubt rob his own mother if he could... crook crook crook crook... lousy buisnessman and not much of a decent human being...

All operators taking your orders work from thier homes, they are not screened for security purposes while taking your credit card info. I am an ex employee that has been deducted hours that I worked, I am stilled owed a final weeks pay, Which Dimitri the so called owner of the company refuses to pay me because I told customers about the glitch in the system which INCREASES YOUR TOTAL AFTER YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. Dimitri (the owner) tells me if I tell the customers that I was PMS'ing I can have my pay. Its so funny to see all the good reports about Bloomex, and its so obvious that the reports are being done by the office itself ... because there is not a chance on this green earth that more than 1 person let alone 10 in a row good comments could be made by anyone other than the office staff ...

Bloomex rips everyone off from the moment you give your credit card you have been ripped off ... ask for a total before giving your credit card # then check the price of the invoice they email you oooooopsie its increased ... ha ha glitch in the system ... and if you don't notice the differece they don't let you know ...

Flowers ordered on line were not delivered on time as per their advertized guarantee. When I attempted to contact the company to discuss the problem, no agent was available. They did however have an agent available to assist me should I wish to place another order ...?
I have left three messages and no one has returned my call.
I noticed Dimitri is paying people to post good comments about bloomex. sure hope he pays them ... he's not good at paying employees..

pjj disconnecting someone that is complaining is standard ... when a customer doesnt accept the fact that he is being ripped off you are disconnected ... Thats how Bloomex works ... I bet if you go back on line just for the heck of it and redo your order exactly the same way and before you give your credit info ... check the price bet you paid a little more .. its a glitch in they system has been there since last year .. sales operators are told to get your credit info before giving you a total so hopefully you won't notice ...

Keep posting comments on the internet, Dimitri doesnt like negative publicity. I worked for Bloomex and still havent been paid for my last weeks wages. Not only does he deduct the employee's hours because he feels like it, he charges them for email mistakes even if its the customer who gives the wrong address the operator is deducted $5.
The owner of this company deliberatly has customer service disconnect you, this way you get frustrated and they get your money, much like the glitch in the system that charges you more after you give your credit card info ..
