I thought I was purchasimg a credit card machine, but instead received a lease. I was also made other promises. They hurried the agrrement which was vague and detailed about everything except the terms of the lease. I warn everyone do not lease or deal with this company. They are large and carnivourous. The machine I leased sells for between $169.95 and $249.99. Iam paying $36.97 a month. I forgot there are hidden charges. They charge whatever and when want it. These fees are deminimus but add up. This company works behind large banks. My bank is pnc. I cannot even buy myself out of the leasr because it exceeds the leases value over its remaining term. I am like a cow out on the pasture. Remember there salesmen lies. Do not believe what they tell you. Do not sign agreement unless a lawyer explains it to you.

Here's some advice for non attorneys. I am not an attorney but have been scammed by fisrt global leasing. I closed all my accounts with the same bank that helped started my lease which I was not told about. The bank officer was very understanding and told me the only way not be charged overdraft fees was to close all my accounts. Now let them chase you after a few years there attorneys will either settle for pennies or close out account. Contact your credit companies and file complaints once your reported in delinquent status. Send a letter to your attorney generals office. These people are bottoms feeders feeding on small or beginning business owners. They give you a contract you cannot understand. I am setting up an email account. I would like all affected to email me. We need to become one. Only the numbers will convince those that will judge this situation.
Sears is just a four letter word. 3 months and refrigerator is still broke. had the same problem in 2004. Bought a warranty through a home warranty service. If I new they would send sears I would have my money refunded. A & E whoever they were that sears sent are incompetent. America has to wake up. I went shopping for a new refrigerator. I could not believe all the repaired refrigerators I saw the store trying to resell. No matter who the manufacturer WAS. We have to thank NAFTA. We took a lot of american jobs away Now you have these cheap Chinese, Mexican and third party labor making inferior products. We deserve what we get because we keep buying them. We need to stop buying and also send a clear message to the manufacturers.
