I just want to know why my account online is saying there is a problem with it. I though it was because I hadn't activated it, so when I called the number it had to be activated. I checked my account online. There was still a problem, so I pressed 0 for an operator. It turns out it didn't activate it, so she did. Went to the website, still a problem. I tried asking her about it and she just kept asking "Is there anything else I can do for you?" I finally just hung up. I tried calling again, but now there is no option of taking to an operator. I went looking for a different number and that's when I found this site. After reading all of this I want to cancel my account, but I can't because there is still a problem with my account. Not only that but I keep having to have it send me new passwords because it won't except mine or the one it just sent to me. I've been a member of netspend for two hours and I can tell it fails. I was suspicious when my mom signed me up for it but she told me she's been using it and my Nini works for them. I just called her and she's like what the [censor]. She took down my house number and gave it to someone down at costumer service.

I can't access my account because I'm under aged (which doesn't make sense because it says the age is 13) and that I have to be put on my moms account.

Yes there is costumer service in the Philippians but there are other places too. It's randomized. There is an office in Austin, Tx but it's a different division. I think corporate because that's where my Nini works. I also told her about some of the complaints on here and she seemed oblivious to money being withheld and such. I don't want to solicit her help, but if you email me with any questions I can see if she has any answers.

Just so you know, poetry.com is a scam. If you don't buy the book it doesn't get published.

I don't know why you didn't receive your book because I got mine.

I strong suggest you no long take place in any competitions or even submit things to poetry.com

Always do your research when putting things into a contest.
