what does the comment about the other black people shop freely have to do with anything? If it really had to do with racism (if all parties were black) then that would be a moot point because now he's watching you not because you're black, but maybe because you are shady. And if you are not black and everyone else there was, again, I do not see how that is racist, he assumed that you couldn't pay it? he may have just not liked the attitude, i do not know. but i am not seeing anything that has to do with racism anywhere.

And about the store, I didnt know all stores had to follow a certain policy, if one store wants to do things a certain way then they are more than allowed to.

but lastly, there are thousands of stores, I am quiet sure that even if that store was the closest store to your house, you could have walked out of the store and went to another one and purchased your items 2-3 minutes later than you would have originally purchased and been back home in a timely fashion to cook and eat and do all the other cute things involved.

Policy IS policy. Then what he tells you goes. If you don't like what he's saying, you have full rights to leave the store and take your business else where.

As for business attire and regular clothes, Do you go there in a full on Armani suit one day and the next day go there in half ripped jacket and cut off jeans with slits on the butt and stains? because that would be my definition of 'someone who cant afford to buy those things'

he probably killed himself too, since he couldn't get the discount of gas at the local 7 who did that quiet a few weeks back to save 3 cents per gallon if you use cash not credit.
Hello Bear154

How did your interview go? Did they answer all your questions? Good or bad results I am very interested to hear.

Hope to hear back.
Perfundity1

I've been following the posts as well and Paul lund is not a jerk, "paul lund is a major tool" and a lot of those names that Paul also stated continually E-heckle him. If you haven't been following the posts on here then yes, the aforementioned comment that Paul Lund has said does seem harsh. But it is in context and a fair assessment considering the guy who posted after his first comments name is Paul lund is a tool, in which he calls him a tool. While Paul has said nothing that was derogatory or contradictory or even belittling of the original poster.

EdwH - I can only ask, why do you feel like you were scammed? because you had to pull over to write the address and time? or because they wouldn't give you the specifics on the pay and other specifics? Some people who call you do not know the specifics their job may only be to call you in for an interview [though it's not the case for all people calling you] in which the second interview is a face-to-face then the third is where they go over many areas of the company [including pay].

Which in my honest opinion doesn't fall under the catagory of "scam". They didn't ask you for money just to be invited to the interview, you weren't lied to about the location of the meeting and I don't think that they intentionally meant to pull you over to commit any wrong doings (i.e siphon your gas or steal your car). I would say more along the lines of 'un-informative' or 'un-helpful'. But scamming I think is a bit much in this case.
JLP- I think in your case it was a severe case of the HR person not being informed. If her English wasn't that great to begin with I would say it's safe to assume that even IF she did know what to say she could not formulate a coherent or understandable response to your questions.

In response to Venom341 - I also work for AIL, But not in Logans' Mgaship or even SGAship. I am in the Asheville (Swannanoa) office for Altig SGAship In which I am one of the Regional Managers there. Good for you! and good luck in your future as well!

To Vincent Y - You might want to do a LITTLE research before you talk about what you hear from other people because you were incorrect on all accounts. A lot of people have the same complaint that they were asked to bring a fresh copy of their resume and to dress appropriately, which i'm not entirely sure why, though you may have known to dress appropriately, how many interview have you gone to [American income or any other company or job included] have you gone in to where you were sitting next to someone who smelled weird or a girl who was showing a little bit too much or a guy who's pants are sagging just a little bit too much? I'm sure that EVERYONE has gone into an interview and said that, and what most companies will do when you first come in if you are dressed inappropriately they will automatically put you at the bottom of the stack because of your first impressions. As far as resume, there are several managers there and firstly, i'm not going to print out ever persons resume that i invite to an interview and secondly I may not be interviewing them specifically it can be another manager. And if it is, he/she needs that information.

But to answer your other statements on BBB http://www.bbb.org/denver/business-reviews/insurance-companies/american-income-life-insurance-in-denver-co-26952 (specify whatever state you want)
their claim paying ratio is actually one of the highest in the insurance industry. now they may not be paying out 4 million or even 20 million dollar claims [because they will usually not even underwrite these] they do pay out their legitimate claims. They also pay out claims for policies that have yet been approved by underwriting (i know this as a fact because a person i enrolled used their cancer benefit before underwriting was done and their life policy was also approved.) So yes, to answer your question. It is a company to be proud of.

KarenE. - It seems that you just had a very unprofessional encounter. Though to him Sunday may just be another day, but for a lot of people Sunday is a no business calls day and the Sabbath day especially if you are in the south. Though I can almost guarantee that the voicemail that you got on Grover B's phone was definately his voice. Considering, it is his phone. I'm sure your voicemail is your voice as well. but if you were referring to the office number, then you didn't have the office number (you may be able to tell by the structure of the phone number) but more importantly those voice mails (at least in the 3 offices i've had the opportunity of being in and working out of) were set up by our home office in Waco or sometimes Redmond Home office (since the phone lines are all paid for by them).

Razgriz- There are people who do talk very much like that. Maybe no one that you know, and definitely not in any 'normal' conversation. These people are "legitimate business people" Zig Ziglar, Martin Luther King, John F Kennedy, Sir Winston Churchill, President Barack Obama, Benazir Bhutto, Daniel O Connell, Enoch Powell, Malcom X, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Mark Twain, J K Galbraith, Patrick Henry, Robert Menzies, Nehru, Queen Elizabeth (I), Stokely Carmichael, Anita roddick (roaddick? i'm not sure which), Tony Blair, Tony Robbins, Adolf Hitler, Robin Williams, Susan B. Anthony. Just to name a few...

Now OBVIOUSLY they all didn't sell life insurance, or in most cases anything Tangible. But they did sell slogans, one liners, comedy, inspiration, leadership, motivation, dedication, peace, war, and sometimes common sense. They all qualify as business people, even if all of them didn't and do not sell a product or run their own company. "I have a dream..." "One-fifth of the people are against everything all the time." "A person who won't read has no advantage over a person who can't read." "Often the smallest, softest voice carries the grand, biggest solutions"

Oh and just on a side note, just because i stated their names does not mean i endorse, like, dislike, read, listen, or preach what they are speaking or saying. They were all merely examples. So I do not need anyone coming and saying that I am a Hitler lover because i put his name on here. I was merely stating that Adolf was a businessman / leader / inspiration speaker in his own respect and MLK saying "I have a dream" or AJ Gilbert saying "opportunity unlimited".

And for a quote that obviously is not mine but is fitting (and at this second in time i cannot remember who it is)
"Successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do, and that often means living outside one's comfort zone"
Oh it was jeff olson! (I googled it heh)
Betty N - I have nothing else to say on your subject it was very informative but one question to you is why did you want to talk to the HR rep specifically? You already declined a job interview, why would you need to talk to her again? If you didn't leave a message and just kept calling you may have got her to call you back, but If someone calls me and tells me that they are not interested in this or that, I typically would not call them back, because there is no need to. In fact, most people would be very angry if someone called them back after declining a service. For instance if someone asks you to buy something and you say no thank you, they call you back and say "hey you said you didn't want to buy, but I am calling again just to make sure you didn't have any questions, about still not buying the product".
American income - Thank you for that post, I like to read all posts especially the good ones :)

Thepenciler - on both posts. I understand what you're saying about "losing it" and "busting a nut" (which made me laugh) but i've seen posts where agents have "lost it" where every ones immediate response "what kind of 'professional' would lose it or use such language, type that way, bad grammer, etc..." So It's a catch 22 either people act very civilized and get critisized for using a script (which you can read all my stuff, it's all off the top of this head, but i do try to keep some continuity with all my posts, when people do follow my responses) or they lose it and get flak for not being a professional or because they are losing it they must just be a stupid agent who knows nothing about anything and blah blah blah.

Volfirefighter220 - You are correct, every company has bad eggs. Just as I am sure everyone has seen in whatever profession or job they are in. There will ALWAYS be someone who takes advantage of the situation or is shady or even just doesn't care about the people / members /clients / whatever else. And in most cases you will have a good interaction with the agent or company. But not always. They are human too, they have bad days, they have things on their mind, they have problems in their own families as well. Thanks for the positive feedback it is always appreciated

JLSS - I just wanted to say I actually pointed at the screen and laughed loudly when I read the following: "Let me ask you, when is the last time YOU paid a future employer?" first post, Second paragraph, first sentence.
To answer your question all of the following needs YOU to pay to be employed (in the future obviously) Lawyer, Doctor, Dentist, Teacher, Professor, Computer Tech, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Bartender, Cosmetologist (hair and nails), Fire Fighter, Police Officer, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, Car Salesman, Real estate broker, Broker Including Stocks, Paramedic, EMT, I could seriously go on all day long. What's worse is that with all these professions where one has to PAY out of their own pocket or families pocket or student loans that need to be paid back over the years and to top it off, you still have to GET the job. With all those paying all that money just gets you 2 steps closer to getting a job (or career) at which point you now need to intern or apply to many places to MAYBE get a call back and MAYBE get a job.

American Income you do invest that $312.00 but once you do you HAVE a job. As far as licensing that has nothing to do with AIL, you have to have a License to sell insurance for ANY company, and that is mandated by the state AND countrywide. Cosmetologists is a good example all the people who are cosmetologist WANTED to do that, but still had to pay out of pocket and get licensed and then also has to renew license every several years (i believe 3 years)
Whoops I accidentally sent that, Sorry. Going on though.
JLSS - Your husband made the choice to work 80 hours a week. No one made him, that was not something he HAD to do at time of hire where they say you will work 80 hours a week or you're fired. He made a decision to work that much on his own accord. It's very unfortunate that he has not made any money, It may be partly due to his manager or training but some also has to do with him as well.

There will always be some members that are mad at you calling them, whether you've called them once or 20 times. They may be having a bad day, or they may just be jerks in general. They may also be mad at the last representative who may have stood them up or didn't leave them a note or whatever. There are a lot of scenarios that neither you nor I can specifically say is the factor. But I am pretty sure it's safe to say that the benefits AIL has are not the problem. You said it yourself you know it's so important to have, him not making an income for 2.5 months and STILL have an AIL policy. Most people cancel all their insurances before they even think about cancelling their Cable and Internet, yet you still have it and openly admitted the importance of it.

And about the divorce, I am very sorry to hear that. That is not something anyone ever wants to hear, but I can only say on that is that IF the reason why he chose this path for a career and etc.. is the reason that you both are getting a divorce I am quite sure that AIL was not the ONLY reason. I don't mean to assume but I can only say that if you want a divorce after that choice then there were other problems that were more pressing and may have been underlying issues in your relationship that never got worked out or that never even got acknowledged that is the REAL reason why you may be getting a divorce. So to say that AIL is the REASON why you are getting divorced, i believe is false, but him not making money in a career that he still openly (from what you said about him being okay with working for free) wants to be in and stay in and not made much or any money in 2.5 months may have just been the catalyst to the actually end. But again, I do regret to hear about a divorce. I hope now he has started making money though.

Lastly, on your last comment about "To the poster who sang the praises of this company, it's real..." Of course her opinion is going to be biased. Just as your opinion is biased. Just as my opinion is biased. EVERY PERSON ON THIS WEBSITE OR ANY WEBSITE'S OPINION WILL BE BIASED. Unless it's the guiness Book of world records, Because that stuff is just facts. Bad [censor] facts at that.
DD.Thompson - Despite what who says? Who has EVER said that? Why in the world would American Income be registered with American Insurance Association... Considering AIA is a PROPERTY AND CASUALTY company. AIL is a LIFE INSURANCE company Hence, American Income Life Insurance Company. AIA deals specifically with P and C and AIL with Life. Both sell insurance, but not even close to the same thing. Which brings me to my next question, you work for Prudential Life and casualty, I assume that you are not an agent, right? Considering if you were, you would already be on commission base structure (which if so would have been a moot point) and you would know that when it comes to insurance field Commission Vs. Base, the winner will always be Commission.

Not to mention that the claims of :

"this company is commission based, and you have to get hard working individuals, with little to no former education, to believe that you are looking out for their best interest by selling them “Peace of Mind”." = Baseless accusation including untrue. In Canada (and provinces) everyone is required to have an AA or a BA in order to get their Insurance License in life and health (or accident).

"The company takes the money from these individuals, invest it for themselves, and make the claim process so difficult that most 92.7% of all claims that are filed are denied benefits". = Baseless once again not to mention Extremely false. A company that has 7.3% claims pay ratio? really? who would even believe that? a company that has been around for over 50 years with just a hair over 7% claims pay out? Yeah, right. AIL has some of the highest claims paying ratio in the insurance industry. And also one of the FASTEST as well. Though they aren't paying out 10billion dollar claims or even 100 million. If you did a little research (there's a new website called google ) and type this in "What is American Income Life's Am best rating" you will see their actual rating. which it IS A+ superior. Which it is included in the statement that ONE of the reasons that they have that rating is for ... wait for it...

There Claims paying Ratio!. You are also able to get actual documentation of it so if any of you do not believe me, you can send me a message and i'll send you all the documentation (I have seen several posts that state "ail does not have that rating" which is untrue.)

"The employees of American insurance Assoc, work long hours and the commission is not worth the effort. There is a large employee turn-over with this company, and most people only stay up to a year." Not so much untrue. You do work Long hours, If you want to be very successful, if you want to make a little money then you don't have to work as much. There is a VERY large employee turn-over because a lot of people that come in think that they can make a quick buck and work 20 hours a week and hang out with their friends and party and then wake up right before they need to get ready for the next day and work correctly. And in some cases people come in after they are so behind on their bills like car payments, house payments, gas, water, phone that as soon as they start they go in to the home too needy and in the mind set "I NEED TO SELL THEM TO PAY MY BILLS!". With this company (as cliche as it sounds) if you go into the home thinking about your own pocket and what the family that you're sitting in front of actually NEEDS, then 9/10 it will show and you will not be successful. Just as I am sure most of you can tell when your friends, parents, significant other is stressed out, the families we see can tell as well and can see if this person is trying to get me to buy because they need me to. Or to help me buy because they know my family needs it.

Lastly, to
TheWalrus - You weren't "scaring" anyone into anything. Yes, there is a script. But, tell me one thing in that script that is NOT true. These people you see who have kids, their kids will die. They might not die while they are alive, but kids die all the time. In school shoot outs, gang fights, overdoses on drugs (definitely not weed though) and yeah it may be uncomfortable. Talking about death should be uncomfortable but it's a reality. Everyone will die. Your parents will be dead, my parents will be dead. Your kids, though hopefully not for a very long long long time, will also die. And if any of the people you sold to has the unfortunate event of losing one of their children. I guarantee that they will not be upset that they had that headstart program that you sold them. And if you did not sell it to them then they would have came out of pocket 10, 000 or more dollars to still have a very big emotional loss. I've been with the company 3 years and i've seen lots of things happen. but I can guarantee you no matter how you feel about telling people the truth about what is going to happen to their family that if you asked any one of them, i bet they will say they do NOT regret getting that for their family.

One day when you have your own family, your own kids that you love with every fiber of your being. Your own wife that give you a reason to wake up, and all the things in your home that you can call your own. Sacrificing $50 or even $100 dollars a month is by far a lot more than what your family is worth. (headstart programs are usually 4-9 dollars a month which is even less).

that's my opinion, again I am not saying that you're wrong. But I am saying whether or not you felt comfortable with telling them what IS going to happen. It will happen regardless and the people who have it will be better off than the people who do not. Not just emotionally because it hurts all the same for everyone, but finacial too. especially with the economy as it is now (I know this last part has no caps or grammer and stuff but i am on my cell phone right now and its taken me foreverrrrr so sorry for the hard read)
Nancy Young, Aka 'Don't judge my husband'

You should take advice from yourself. Your children need discipline. You as a 'parent' need to be lobotomized, criticized, ostracized and demonized.

You let your kids go to wal-mart by themselves. A 13 and a 9 year old. I wish they would have got kidnapped because even after they were traded off into slave labor, or as sex slaves (but with your half of the genes being present, i highly doubt, because we all know that you're a fat, ugly, balding, partially [censor]ed, wildabeast) in some country in the southern European section of the world for $0.30 a suck.

Mothers day or not, you lack complete discipline for your 'kids' and for you hopefully dying husband. Whom we have already verified came from the DNA of a more deserving rodent [you pick]. In which you place your 'kids' actions on everyone else but your own. They are your kids you raise them. You are the reason why kids have drug problems, end up taking too much D in the A and getting pregnant at the age of 14 because their low-self esteem and self worth made them feel like they were imposing on the guy Sticking his D in their V with no C on and not being able to say "you get no love, if you don't put on that glove".

You obviously being a fake parent should not be talking about discipline of other kids. I would hope you do hit your children because the abuse that you give them currently doesn't even surmount to the amount of physical abuse a pro boxer [Mike Tyson] would give to his wife, ex-wife.

And on a side note, you should tell your husband to get a Vasectomy because you two should never re-procreate. And to make things safe so even after you two get your inevitable divorce and your fat [censor] doesn't try to get kinky with someone else and have an accident happen. Get your fat tubes tied, Twice, just to make sure the job's done right.

To Trevor-

I was unaware that Nancy Young lived in Canada. I guess she moved there after her short stint in New york. Nancy Young STRIKES AGAIN!

I like this post. Both people are well educated and pretty well informed.

gussy82- all i can say is it sounded like that manager was a D-bag. I have no idea why he would lie about something like hiring just one manager. And I haven't the slightest clue why ANYONE would drone on about how much they hate a state, territory, region. It is quiet tactless and tasteless of him to say.

But AIlcansuckit, you're correct in a lot of respects except for when you state
May 18, 2010

whoooooops, I accidentally sent it... sorry.

You are correct in a lot of respects except for when you state that "Approx 50% of the business you wrote the year before won't be on the books for that renewal period. They won't tell you this of course, but its true."
If this were actually true then the agent wouldn't get paid, period. You need to hold at least 80% retention (net to gross for anyone under 8 months) so your bonuses and your advances are not affected. My first year with AIL I had 92% Net-to-gross and 3 years later (and going) I am sitting at a retention of 81%. If you want proof I can show you my AP&P reports and statements. All the agents in my office (Asheville North Carolina) are on full advances and bonuses. The lowest retention (or net to gross) in my office is 70%.

Though the reason that most agents do leave is for the reason that you stated. Because of the retention of business, or lack there-of. Which it's not because of the company or anything like that. In many cases it has to do with the agent specifically because the reason they have low retention really does matter. If they have low retention because they have a lot of DECLINES that's their fault. If it's low because they have a lot of NTO's (not taken offer) then that's the manager not doing his job on showing the importance of the sale isn't mad when you collect the check. It's when you deliver that policy in their hand (i deliver in person). And another reason is for WTH (withdrawn) which is mainly due to the fact that the sale made in the home wasn't completely cemented, or the person was not 100% sure that they absolutely wanted it and the agent collected the check already. It's very important to know those differences because if someone quits because they have 50 cancels then that agent should not have been writing up so many people who couldn't qualify. This is also usually due to the fact that the agent is selling just to sell even though he knows it may come back to haunt him.

With NTO's unfortunately in this industry most managers overlook making sure to train their new agents on ways to keep their retention high and more importantly because a lot of them have the mentality of "SELL, SELL, SELL, " and that will cure any problem. That is half true, if you sell enough it will generally cancel out the DCLs and the WTH, but it won't speed up the time it takes for you to start recieving renewals (unless you pretty much triple your production from the previous month to that current) NTO's are very avoidable but most agents are taught to realize that is an important aspect of our business. To not just collect the check, but to make sure that the policy is finished through underwriting and in hand. I would say it's more important to pay attention to the business you already wrote, as opposed to the business you WILL write, because you've already been paid on it. And the worst feeling is to get money taken away for work you already did. Especially when you've already spent 1 hour presenting, 30 minutes making sell, 2 hours finishing all the paperwork, 10 minutes cementing, not following up would be just silly. Again, it unfortunately is not trained on very often.

WTH- This is a major problem that has to do in home. you've made the sale too soon, before the member had really felt in their mind and heart that this is what their family NEEDS, not just wants or likes. Most people tend to forget that we sell an emotion, we don't sell tangible objects like cars, houses. The people we sell the benefits to will never be able to feel it, smell it, taste it, drive it, or wear it. So if you make the sell too soon without them feeling like their one hour is for their families benefit and for their protection and for them to have no doubt about that. Then you will have a lot of these, If you haven't built up enough importance after you collect that check, it's like a fire it will eventually burn out and all there will be left is smoke and ash and at that point they will say, no! I want to keep my 70 dollars a month for some extra beer!

My first year I mad $80, 000 and in that same year received my Balance of 1st year and Renewals. Not everyone will achieve this, in fact only some will. But that's how every job or career works. There are some people who won't even make it 2 whole weeks working at McDonalds, that doesn't mean McDonalds is a joke, it just means unless one has full faith in themselves to be able to get up early in the morning even when they don't want to, or have to and still be able to get their job done and do it to the fullest of their abilities.

I know this is quiet old and neither may respond, but also it's about 1am and i'm laying in bed and sleepy so i'm very sorry for any spelling errors. Good day all.
American income does not sell the members list.
On top of being unethical it is very illegal for them to "resale" a members list.

But more importantly, American Income being an insurance company, why in the world would they want to sell their new clientele for money? they'll make way more money off the premiums than they would ever off of the resale, even if it was legal.

that's a very unfortunate event that you had. But, this does not in any way, shape, or form qualify as fraud. The meds not getting shipped to that location has nothing to do with the company. They may have ordered it, they may have been told that it would be their thursday but if it did not arrive then, than it's not CVS' fault. It has to do with the company that shipped the meds out, or even the middle man company that was supposed to deliver it.

that's just plain ###

though I would always be weary of anyone doing business online. There is never any way to figure out if they are legit. One thing i would do is call your credit card company and tell them that, and see if they will null the charges. I doubt it, but it's worth a try. I mean it's 16 grand.
That's unfortunate that you didn't go.

Though I not too many companies will give a call back and ask why one doesn't show. Though for the very few, some may have a good reason, most of them are just silly excuses. In addition, most companies will say, 'well if they couldn't show up for their first interview, guess it's best if we don't call them back' . That's because if you're late, or absent for your first interview, it gives a bad first impression of one. Especially when it comes to hiring because they only know you from resume.

I can see them calling you back if you were the only candidate or one of the top 5 or so, but coming in for just a first interview, I wouldn't bat an eye.

On a personal note, I would never call someone back who doesn't show up for their first interview. I am the one offering a job, they are the ones looking. I am not trying to convince someone that I (emphasized) need them. I have a job, i'm simply offering them an opportunity to have one as well but if they don't show up, for whatever reasons, there are 20 other people that will and they will be the ones that potentially get the job.
You could just move. The police are not going to do anything about the tenants grabbing your girlfriends private parts. Though one thing i'd say is buck up and punch them in the face. In situations such as this, you are limited in your choices for legal reasons, sometimes personal, and usually it may escalate. But I hope you have since worked out the problem
Bear154, One you post your resume on Monster, Craigslist, Hotjobs, etc... It then gets funneled to many companies, that's why it's there. No one purchased your resume from anywhere.

I know your main point is not that they didn't call after you didn't show up for the interview. But i'm going to go out on a limb and say that the reason why you were contacted from someone from an out of state number is because they probably called you from a cell phone. I call most people from my cell phone because I have it with me and I don't have to wait until I can get to the office. I am not trying to debate with you on the process that you went through, because everyone does it a little differently. The way that your situation was handled by them could have been handled much better. If someone calls me and leaves a message they will 100% of the time get a call back, (unless it's a telemarketing call). If you left a message when you called, it was definitely in their error. If you did not though, because we (or at least I) get many phone calls a day, anywhere between 20-30 from unrecognized number, I only return the calls that I see more than once, or even more, who leave a message. Again, I'm not saying you did anything wrong, I'm just saying that not everything is just black and white.

Billy, It has to do with inventory. It's the same reason why they charge you for ranch and stuff now.

If they sale a million double cheeseburgers for 1 dollar, most people will come in just for THAT deal, and make the company roughly a million dollars (cuz the extra patty, or extra cheese my cost them a cent or two)
But if someone comes in for something other than the deal. The company just uses their REGULAR prices.

It's the same thing that taco bell does, where they have the 79 -89 -99 cent menu, that changes. If you buy that special during their time you can get a Double beef burrito for 99 cents, other wise you pay 1.50. Get it? Got it? Good!

but that also doesn't take into account theiir policy. some places dont charge extra for ranch, some charge 20 cents and some like mcdonalds charge 45. that is also a big factor
Ling Chi, I hope you were mimicking his typing.

Baseball 1, you really only have 3 options. First, you can ask your girlfriend to quit, in which she will quit. That will stop the rumors and make things better. Two, you can start telling people that the guy did have sex with your girlfriend, now he has STD's and he is openly spreading them and to watch out. You should also make some flyers with a picture of his face and clearly state he has contracted many STD's and willing to share for a small fee. Thirdly, you can level the place with a sub machine gun and make sure that everyone that has been, will be, could have been, and should have been involved with Ruby Tuesdays is taken out to the cleaners. That's my professional suggestion.
