Lighting Direct works really quickly when it comes to a sale, and taking money from my account..but it took well over a month for them to process a return and refund. For this reason I will NEVER do business with this company again. It is so sad too, because at first I had high hopes that company would be as credible as their sales pitch. What a disappointment!
