lets just say, I don't know what to say when people ask why vzw charges it (employees are required to take a training on it, and still can't explain why it is needed), cause honestly if I got a phone like the env3 for my mother so she could text easier, I know she wouldn't go on or need the internet... honestly the internet sucks on those device, email capabilities aren't that bad, but you NEED the 30 package
actually you can set up usage controls on your service... you should be informed before you complain... plus alot of reps make calls when you are going over your min or data or text, i did a few months ago, they called and told me I was going to go over my texting and they told me I can simply change it, I was worried that this was a scam or something, but it turned out to just be a customer service call... i do hate alot about these companies but this is one thing that did help... still go into a store and have that bill reviewed though...

but that is alot like saying you can tell the cops what to do cause you pay taxes... face it, you need a cell phone... it just depends on what evil company you get it from

unfortunately if you read your receipt, like any store receipt the return policy is right at the bottom. It tells you the items you purchased and what the return policy is... I make it a point to ask every place I purchase from there return policy...

you dialed one of those late night text numbers and got involved with them... thats not even a verizon wireless charge its some other company... fyi, if you ever see a number on tv that says text to subscribe or text to get this or that... DON"T DO IT, its automatically a 9.99 charge to your bill, like the new company KGB, they charge a similar fee it has nothing to do with VZW.

You can try and try to get a credit from VZW, but its not there charge, its that other company you have to talk to them about it.
well you canceled and transfered your numbers out before the end of service... what do you expect? you need to stay with whatever company until the contract expires, any movement of Mobile numbers to another company is considered termination, make sure you make a free call to customer service and ask these questions before you cancel

The worst thing about that, is that LG (Voyager) is a good company, as is Blackberry (storm) but VZW rushes these companies in trying to create something to Kill the Iphone, so all the devices are not throughly tested. Leading the manufacture to have a bad rap when they push up the launch date
yes i agree, upgrade date and contract end date are never the same time... biggest thing never assume you are out of contract always ASK before you leave

So instead of calling them up before you went to DR, you did your own research made your own assumptions and called anyway... well that certainly is your own problem, customer service is a free call you should have called them up and asked them before you went. Instead of calling after when you get the huge bill. Sorry I hate big business as much as the next person, but there is a point where a person has to take advantage of what is offered instead of just assuming what they want to see is right. Bottom line, speak to a rep before you just make assumptions on what you see
Well you may be under the same plan as you originally signed but you are not under the same contract, every time you resign another two years with verizon wireless you resigning under the new contract terms. In the last case your plan needs to be above 34.99 to receive a new every 2 discount after 20 months. My suggestion is, call up customer service they usually have loyalty plans that they can put you on that are 20 a month that will allow for the envy touch... FYI no i am not an employee just a well informed customer

Lol did you sign in at the self service kiosk at the front of the store that says "PLEASE CHECK IN TO BE HELPED"... cause if you dont they wont help you lol... maybe it was a discrimination for a lack of reading ability... like all big businesses as long as you have money they are willing to take it, don't think cause you are racist they are...

ya you are the one that signed up for the calling... cause you put your number somewhere and didn't read the fine print...

So you are having bad service at your home, and you decide to call customer service from what I assume is your home... and every time it goes to talk they hang up, could it be possible that they dropped the calls? Then instead of going to the store to find out why the bill was 800 you rushed to the nearest walmart and return the phones... hmmmm... personally the way it sounds, if you were to come up to me in the streets and ask me to switch I would think you were crazy... cause you kinda send off the crazy vibe!
with no information on what the situation is, how do we know you are simply not crazy? for all everyone knows you could have walked in the door screaming throwing things and swearing... build a case why someone shouldn't visiting a location...
well don't go to that store... also most of the time they don't let people charge to a bill, and if they never let you, then its cause you have a past due balance. Your cell phone bill isn't like a credit card you have to be up to date to charge more... if you return everything you buy, then to any type of retail location you would be costing more than making the money company so why should anyone help you?
